The two-day Premium Workshop offers intensive training in a small group and the opportunity to explore the practical applications of Poomsae in depth.

Train together. Think ahead together.
TKDD Season 11 brings together a thriving, international TKDD community in Sindelfingen. Taekwondo practitioners from different countries, schools, and associations train at a high level in an international atmosphere. This seminar is more than just a training course—it is a shared experience within a strong TKDD community.
Why Taekwondo Defense—and why this seminar?

Many Taekwondo practitioners focus either on the competitive or the traditional aspects of the art. Realistic self-defense often plays only a secondary role.
This is where Taekwondo Defense comes in.
The seminar teaches dynamic, application-oriented techniques that meaningfully complement existing Taekwondo and open up new perspectives for your own training—technically challenging, structured, and practical.
At the same time, Season 11 – Beyond the Milestone – serves as a gathering place for a strong international TKDD community:
training with like-minded individuals, professional exchange, and collaborative exploration of Taekwondo Defense—across national and federation boundaries.
International TKDD Training Course in Sindelfingen
The TKDD course in Sindelfingen is open to qualified Taekwondo practitioners as well as Budo athletes from other styles around the world. It marks an important milestone in the development of TKDD in Europe. Since 2022, a vibrant community has emerged that now trains actively at around 30 locations across Europe.
This seminar is aimed at anyone who
- wants to take their Taekwondo to the next level,
- systematically learn practical self-defense,
- and become part of an international TKDD community.
